The best part of the whole deal may be the 20lb of breakfast sausage that I just got done grinding.

Ya, I know.... they were supposed to be donated, but I am a poor boy these days too! ;)

:D The stories I could tell about this years hunt could make for a short novel.. :))

Mike & Kass agreed this was the best year yet and that they had the time of their lives!
Kassady has had health issues going on that I thought would prevent her from going this year..she told me other wise and the doctors cleared her Soooooooooooooo I got play by play via text, calls and of course once they got home safe & sound I got all the details again.. :))

All I can really say to sum it up is, every time I spoke to Mike or Steve or Kass..I could hear them them smiling ! And from what I understand...DJ was like a kid in a candy store! :)) According to Kass..the team was perfect this year except she missed you Rachel :(

Kassady has the teams sign from the board, now hung above her bed, showing their team name, weight of pigs & total as well as place.. :-BD

Steve don't eat all that breakfast sausage..the girls and I are waiting with watering mouths! ;)

Very proud of the part the team & Lacy Dogs took in helping with such a wonderful cause..God blessed us well this year..no injuries and all the dogs are in good shape after a looooooooooooooooong well deserved nap #:-s

I'm glad to hear that they scored well this year and that everybody had a good time. :) I wish I could have gone to the expo and on that hunt. It sounds like everybody had a blast.

The sausage ended up a bit disappointing. Its better than edible, its good......... Its no where near my best though. :-Q

Rachel, I forwarded your name and # to a man named Roule. I know that name is spelled incorrectly but sound it out :D
