We've had a change of plans, and DJ and I will be hosting the 2013 Annual Meeting at our home in Alto. The meeting will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday.

The address is 1884 State Highway 294 West, Alto, TX 75925, and our home phone number is 936-858-3108 if anyone has questions or needs directions.

Gonna try...What time do the festivities start and is there something we need to bring? I understand this is an annual meeting, but will there be any type of demo or other such things?

DJ has a bay pen and there will be opportunities for dogs to track.

I haven't decided if we can do a tracking certification trail. We need to be able to lay a 500 yard trail. I will get with DJ this weekend to see if that is a possibility.

I have a dog I've been training to find shed antlers. If anyone is interested in learning how to train a shed antler search dog, I would be happy to give a demonstration.

Things to bring:
beverages of choice
an air mattress or sleeping bag if you want to spend the night
lawn chairs
bug spray & sun block
dog crate & leads
water dish

OK great!

Won't spend the night as it is only 100 miles home, No dog and wife is not crate trained so that is out. We can cover the beverage...Do we need to bring food?

Hmmm finding shed antlers..now that sounds pretty neat!

What time do we show up?

Whenever you want to get here on Saturday is fine. Some people will be spending Friday night here, so there will be stuff going on all day. We are having sandwiches for lunch and burgers for dinner. Don't bring any food, unless it's just snack type stuff.

Our address is new (we just built the house last winter), so it still doesn't show up on some GPS systems. We're about two miles west of the stop light in Alto on Hwy 294. It'll be on your right.

He said there's a slight chance, but it's not likely. He doesn't have any places where he could take a lot of people, and it depends on the weather, too.
