Good luck, Sergio and...Sergio's dog. :)) Sorry, I can't remember the name! That's a really nice buck, I hope you're able to recover it!

No luck guys.
We found more blood after the initial " last blood" and that was it.
I have a good feeling the deer went more than 1000+ yards from my last blood.

We tracked buck more than 400 yards with blood, then it started to Slowly stop bleeding.
The Hunter is going to look for buzzards today.

My dog is Casey

So you think it lived? Maybe it'll show up on a camera.

I am not of fan of expandable broadheads. No saying that it had a thing to do with this particular case but it would kill me wondering weather the expandable opened immediately or not. With a fixed blade you cut clean through the deer EVERY time. No wondering.

I took my first expandable track last year. The guy was a long time bow hunter but just had shoulder surgry and was hunting with a cross bow tipped with rages. We had really good blood for the first two hundred yards and Ben was really tracking it like it was a dead deer. But man when the blood stopped it stopped! It was unlike any other track we had ever taken, we ran out of time before we found it cause the man had to catch a plane home, but I would like to see a few more just to compare.

From what I could tell, he took a quartering forward shot which is very low percentage kill.
