Hope that everyone has a great Thanksgiving.

I'm sharing my turkey day with a new lacy for the Leek family. Not me and Roy, but Robby and Amanda. A friend that got one of Lucy's puppies from the first litter had to rehome her 3 year old Lacy that is out of one of Brenda Sturman's dogs and the dog, Rodeo, that she got from me. I picked her up in Kerrville on Tues and she is doing good. She went for a walk with Roy and the other dogs today. Came back covered in prickly pear thorns! We still havent gotten them all out, but got the big ones. She had a good time, running with 5 other lacys!

Hope everybody is enjoying their Thanksgiving dinner! We are at deer camp...just Rod, the dogs, and me. Couldn't ask for a prettier day or better company.

I'm trying to piece a meal together with whatever I could find in the freezer and pantry. Let's see...mashed potatoes, corn, biscuits, gravy, baked ham, and pumpkin cake for dessert....

Hey, that sounds good! I bought a ham, but it's still frozen! Bought some cranberry pecan muffins at HEB the other day, but they were a far cry from being as good as my aunts were. Pumpkin pie would sure be good right now!!

We had a nice Thanksgiving. Lots of food, and DJ finally got a deer this evening.
