I took a few new pics of Legend ! Most were blurry as he was so excited to be in the house...shhhhhhh don't tell Mike! lol he knows but he wasn't thrilled!
Legend is at that age where he is all ears and elbows..you know that awkward lacy puppy stage

He is a pretty boy! We are working on basic verbal & hand commands...he is catching on quick! We are also crate breaking. It hasn't been that big a battle BUT the whole leash thing is more like a rodeo than a stroll.
He loves hogs & baying no doubt! He reminds me so much of Secret.

He looks great! How old is he now? Did he enjoy his bath? I actually have a command for that. It's "You stink! Get in the tub!!"

Mis, he really is all elbow and ears, too cute! And that is the exact same look Sadie has when I give her a bath... ears down, peaking up with her big sad eyes, so resigned to the horrors of cleanliness

Crating, walking on a leash... so obviously he is getting an entirely different education than the hog dog bunch. What all are you training him to do?

Court ~ He is right at four months old now

Julie~ Believe it or not all of our Lacy Dogs have been through this process, as well as our "fat girls"
Ellie hated being on a lead and looked like a bucking bronc when she was little !

As for what all I`m going to train him in/on...ALL of it ! If a Lacy is said to be able to do it, then I want Legend to do it. Started with pigs, next will be blood trails & droving. At some point I want to work him on trap lines as well. That should have him well rounded. He is finally getting big enough to start fitting into different collars. I don't have a cut collar that little tho..I don't think!

We will see how it goes :)
