Sadie will add a second dog sport to her resume in a couple weeks... flyball!

We got everything cleared, including full disclosure of her sensitive temperament /:), and our spot is saved for a beginner course starting Feb. 22. Classes are held Sundays at 4:15, which should be a big advantage starting out. Because if she gets to go hunting on Saturday night or even Sunday morning, she'll be much more relaxed and laid back on Sunday afternoon, and that means the carnage should be minimal 8-| You can check out our team at the Dogz Rule web site, http://www.flyball.com/dogzrule/. Yes, all flyball teams have ridiculous names, and matching shirts to boot. As if I needed more ammunition to be a dog dork #-o

Chris and Remi, let me know if you have any questions, and I'll ask the team about it. Hopefully our updates will be useful! And Jim, I hope I can answer some questions for your Canada flyball friend as well. Let the next great Lacy experiment begin!

Today I had Atee in the truck with me. I stopped at a park outside of Lometa and droped the tailgate to let him go take a leak. I dont know what got into him but he was running. He looked just those dog in the flyball videos............what i am getting at is that you can always housebreak a dog. ;;)
Dog is flat out fast.

I dearly love to watch Larry chase a jack rabbit. It is unbelievable how fast he is!! And, he squeaks when he runs at a flat out pace! Sounds so funny.
