Has anyone used them?
Are they a waste of money?
Is there a easy home made version?

I can't decide if it's worth it or not.

You can zip tie a leg to a walking stick (or two) for the same effect.
I guess the shoes free up your hands but I'd rather save my $115.

I might try and make some out of 2x6's.
The hardest part will be getting the hoof to sit perfect.

I never used them and believe that Lucy is a great tracking dog. She hasnt had a lot of opportunities like a lot of dogs, but for what she has experienced, she has done a great job. I never trained her a lot, but she might have been even better with more training, but I am like Courtney. If you think that you need to use them, follow Courtneys lead and save some money!!
