Okay so I was watching a show on the tellie about dog training, mainly covering dogs eating poop.

Now we haven't ever had trouble with our Lacy Dogs eating each others poop...pig poop yes, cow poop yeppers..but not one another's.

Now the trainer is recommending flags and stern verbal commands... We can tell our dogs to "get out" and they pretty much know that means to stop what they are doing.
I`m totally curious now..how would YOU break a dog from that ?

Shannon,

Have you tried the stuff that you put over the dogs food to make it taste bad? You could put it on the weenies food and that way it wouldnt taste good to Addy. I've seen it in dog stuff catalogs, but dont know anything about it.

Thank goodness that I dont have that trouble with my dogs. They will pick up a little donkey or cow poop along the way, but I can make them drop it. Lucy used to do that, but she out grew it. Abe does it more than Larry. Its just strange!
