Rooster started this hog down along the San Antonio River. Never got a look at him, but Rooster trailed him up and down those river banks for 2 hours! After thinking we lost, we loaded up and drove around to see if we could pick up the trail again. I dropped them at another spot on the river, and Rooster takes off. Garmin said he was 700 yards away when we heard him bayin out towards where a tank is. Rooster and Sue started hammerin and we snuck in with the catch dogs, after they hit the hog broke. He didn't make it far before he was done! It took every bit of what my dad, friend and i had to load this thing on the box. The pictures don't really justify his size, we guessed him to be about 300 pounds.

Nice boar! ;) Sounds like Rooster and Sue make a good team -- it's great to have two dogs that can work like that.

That's one rolly polly boar! Awesome job Patrick, and kudos to Rooster, he's really been working hard for you.
