Jimmy did a little demo at the tracking challange and I think I got hooked then . I ahve so many yote's and bobcats all over my place I can not wait . Man thats a lot of traps you have there I think I will withhold that info from the wife for now LOL . Just what I need another addiction . I think Tiny will be my trapping dog she has no job at this point she looks like her daddy Patch so I think she will follow in his foot steps. Can ya'll tell me just exactly how do you use your dogs for this and how do you train them ?

Camo-they will figure it out on their own. I have a female red that does not get fired up about tracking a deer but trap line look out. It is all business and she is intense. She really acts like--OK you boys are for catching deer and I'm the varmit regulator so get out of my way. Good luck, let us know how it goes.

Monster just took to it, all i had to do was teach him to "skit" it for baying, "find" for when I cant find the animal, "here" to get him to come back..othere then that its all natural...He gets so excited before we get on the 4 wheeler then once he's on he's all business...ears at attention and head swiveling to figure out where were going!!!

If it involves dogs and some form of hunting the P&L should never be looked or discussed . LoL

I'd love to let Paradise run some trap lines with another dog to see of she would take to it. We're in Brady for a few days do hopefully I'll at least get her on some blood.
