We took this 300+ pound dog slinging hog with Rascal (AKA "the old man") who is almost 11, Mach One, Monster, Bullit and Gibson. Lots of stitches were used but all the dogs are fine this morning, even the catch dog that was wearing a cut vest had about 6 pretty good cuts on him.
A huge thank you to Jesse who saved the day with his catch dog Duke, a large Dogo Argentino and additional thank you to Ceaser who had a couple of Lacy dogs and cross dogs in the mix. My children had a great time, my youngest son was a little scared when he come up on the dog slinging scene with me, but he had loads of fun, my daughter just loves the dogs and watching them work, my twin sons had great fun too and are such a big help I'm glad they were there. Thanks again to Jesse and Ceaser taking me out to their hunting property and giving us this opportunity.

Here is a picture with my dogs. I am holding Bullit, he had a pretty rough day, cut pretty bad. Rascal is slightly to my left, Mach One is standing in front of my son, Monster is with my daughter and Gibson is on the far right in the picture. We tried to keep the hog alive, but he just couldn't take the heat. Another picture here right after the catch.
