We worked the dogs on a big hog we snared Saturday. He has been trashing our feeders and pushing them over . We had him on camera the last month now and has managed to slip our snares several times . His luck ran out saturday morning. Patch has green color Mac 6 months old in orange Bull in red and Sammy in pink. mind the idiot with the gun who look scared he was the hog had lost of cable to work with and I just could not get to him to leg him. Patch tried to catch him by the ear but was just to much hog for him to hold on too.

Thanks Colby LOL Old and much slower. I have been on the bad side of those cutters be for not fun. I am not usally so jumpy but I had snare tied to dead tree and it was not anchored was just waiting for him to jerk everything loose. Last time had one bust a cable on me he was about 260lbs. I need a catch dog LOL but it would have been over to quick my pups would not have gotten to play as long. after I called dogs out the 10 mm finshed him quick with one shot.

Patch and Bull were vest made by P&P Sammy's vest are made by BBK our kennels and Mac has a ugly dog kevlar vest. But the P&P are the best I have used.

Gabe did you get the snares with the swivels if not let me warn you know they do break with out them. I have had 3 close calls now with hogs close to 250 to 275 lbs. As you can see in the video i do not trust them. I have 3 left with out swivels out of the dozen I got. Once those are gone I am going to get Jimmy to make me some. He is going to need to add about 4 or 5 feet to the ones he showed me at our event in Mexia . the ones he had will not fit over the heads of some of the hogs we have. But the swivels will keep the cables from getting twisted and breaking. Hogs never stop amazing me at what they are capable of doing .
