Billy treed himself a true beast! He treed a Georgia Wildcat last week in a big field next to a Flying J truck stop in Carnesville, Ga. It may not have been a big cougar like catchaser gets out west, but it would make any backwoods Georgian boy shake in his boots!!!

It just might! I let Billy off the leash because the truck stop was pretty empty and the field was large enough and away from the road that I felt comfortable in doing so. I watched him around that tree and he kind of pounced and I saw something moving around. I was not very close and could not see what it was, first things through my mind was a skunk or porcupine! X_X I proceeded to call at him and went over there and the cat ran up the tree. I was relieved as I did not want to deal with skunk in my truck! It was a pretty good size cat, much bigger than average. :)) I let him play for a while and tire out. He doesn't get a lot of exercise when he is with me in the truck.

:)) Way to go, Billy! Lacys will find action wherever they can get it, won't they?
