Hello, everyone :)

I know it's been a long time, but I just wanted to say hello. It looks like the organization is growing quickly; there are lots of new people and dogs around! I just got back from my final exams and finished with my spring semester a few weeks ago and I have been busy with some accidental puppies. (Hopefully the last for a long time...) Anyways, I figured I'd post some cute pictures for everyone to see!

And, I got another blue-stripe puppy this time... This time, though, his whole tail is tri-colored, lol. I'm keeping him to see how he turns out...

They just turned 8 weeks and they are starting to get interested in working already, lol. We shot some squirrels earlier today and they were having a blast following drags and blood trails and watching the trees for them, haha. One of them even tried to take on our pig with his mama.

Thanks, yall :)
I'm quite glad to be home! The puppies are a bit of hassle, but hopefully they will find some working homes soon, haha. I am venturing into a dangerous, dangerous world from which few have returned alive -- the "Lacy as an apartment dog" world. Hence, why I am awake at almost 4 am; my little blue-tailed pup, Redfeild, is being crate trained in my room, lol. I missed the challenge of owning a real dog, so I decided I'd take one back to school with me in the fall. Good idea? I'm not completely sure, but I think I'm prepared for it. At least he'll keep me in shape :))

I'm looking forward to my genetics classes in the Spring semester. I would love to be able to more thoroughly follow the color genetics debate now that I am back. Apparently, though, when you're getting a degree for Wildlife Bio, physics is more important than biology...

Anyways, I do hope to be more active in the upcoming months. Hope to get to know some of the newer members, too!

Good to see you back Rachel. You got some cute pups there, good luck in the fall with the dog in the apartment thing. Where are you going to school?

I'm currently a Wildlife Biology major :) If I change it, my only other choice would be pre-Vet, aha.
