These dogs are not "officially" sanctioned by the NLDA. We can make no guarantees about their personality, working ability, history or lineage. But we do feel it is important to get them exposure so they can find their forever home. So if you know of a Lacy or Lacy mix that is looking for a new family, feel free to put it up. But do not post litters unless they are with a rescue organization.

This dog showed up at our house about three weeks ago. He was thin and his fur did not look the best in the world. We started to feed him, and he was acting likehehadn't eaten in weeks. Since then, we contacted a local pet adoption, SPOT. We are now fostering the dog and SPOT has had him neutered and given him all his shots. He is a very sweet dog who gets along with other cats and dogs...he is in the backyard with my two dogs, and he does not bother the cats. Although we are fostering him, he would have to be adopted through SPOT. I believetheir adoptionfeeis$75. This is a heck of a deal considering they had him neutered and given him his shots. If you are interested in adopting "Squeaky" just let me know, and I can point you in the right direction. He is at our house, but again, everything has to go through SPOT. Not sure if he is 100% Blue Lacy, but he sure does look it. BTW...the vet said he is about nine months old.
