Those pictures make me hate missing it even worse!!!

Hope that you will be able to make the next one, Brent! We had such a good time and the water was wonderful! The kids always have such a good time and even when they are meeting each other for the first time, they seem to bond the same as the older folks do! Your boys would fit right in. The river is just so much fun that we love having the events at Oak Knoll Ranch. Not to mention that the owners are just wonderful!!

We will be working on hitting some other parts of the state, so maybe it wont be such a far drive for some people. We have some sites that we are looking at. And, I hope that we will be able to give more advanced notice. I would like to thank the people that made some really long drives to be there. Amber and DJ have a long drive with a little one. We had people from Houston and beyond. Me- I have a 20 minute drive so I really sacrifice!! :)) :)) The size of our wonderful state is really a hindrance when it comes to having events like this.

man, I had a GREAT time!

It's so nice going somewhere you can just let your kid run around and trust that someone is always watching out for her. She was plumb tuckered out!! We hit the gate about 1:00 and she was asleep before we got up to speed on the highway :D

It was a real pleasure meeting everyone that I had only heard about and talked to online. You guys are truly a class act and I can't wait for the next event.

We spent the night at Inks lake - took a lot longer to clean off all the dust from the weekend than it did to get dirty and it wasn't nearly as much fun! :)

To everyone that made the weekend a huge success -- THANK YOU !! :-BD :-BD

x2 DJ and I talked about that on the way home...we are thankful for everyone who helped us keep up with our little guy. It was the perfect weekend for him...people, dogs, water, and lots of dirt!

Court and Fred, I'm sitting at my desk at work, and just picked a tick off of me!

I think they were down by the river. I got some on top of my feet and that was the only place where I wasn't wearing shoes and socks. Last time I counted I was up to 45 bites.
