Post subject:  dog food and fillers

A good article on fillers in dog food.

Saying that this is a good article, but also a bit incomplete from my point of view. To me, fillers are anything that are not meat, bone or organs. Vegetables are fillers because a dog doesnt need vegetables, nor can they digest vegetables. Or, grains, corn, soy and the like. Dogs need protein, pure and simple. And, they need it from meat, not from soy or beans. They also need carbs, but they get their carb needs from protein. Dogs convert the carbohydrates to protein.

So, like I said, this is my opinion, but the info written above is fact.
