So I was reading an article in Time about how Epigenetic Marks are likely why damage to someone's health can actually be passed down for generations, reducing the lifespand of offspring...

http://www.time.com/time/health/article ... 68,00.html

...and at the same time there is the lastest vaccin non-debate unfolding here

... and I thought back to the studies that have shown how canine vaccine damage is passed down through generations

... and I managed to put 2 and 2 together.

I believe it is the "Epigenetic Marks" (turning genes on or off), which are behind vaccine damage being passed down in our dogs. The genes themselves aren't changed; it's these markers just outside the DNA switching the genes on and off.

Can you imagine a well-bred working Lacy, that also has been vaccine free for generations? It boggles the mind thinking about what such a dog could do.

Veeerrryyy interesting, Jim. I havent read the whole article yet, because the satellite is off and on, but will read it, bookmark it and use it for future reference.

If I had the money and the ability to have numerous dogs, I would love to be able to track a vaccine free, chemical free, raw fed Lacy thru generations. But, I dont, so I just have to push on lecturing about the health that is involved and hope that a person or two take it to heart and treat their dogs to the health benefits that I want for all lacy dogs.

It's nice to have another person on this forum who is of the same mind as me! :D
