These dogs are not "officially" sanctioned by the NLDA. We can make no guarantees about their personality, working ability, history or lineage. But we do feel it is important to get them exposure so they can find their forever home. So if you know of a Lacy or Lacy mix that is looking for a new family, feel free to put it up. But do not post litters unless they are with a rescue organization.

Hi! I posted the other post about us possible finding a lacy in Ohio as a stray. Please read my last post for further details. I believe after much soul searching that Rudy needs a new home.
He appears to be 7 and half months old. He loves to play tug of war and loves being chased with a broom! He tries to take the broom from us and he barks and runs and loves it! He knows his name, come, sit and shake, is housebroken, can play fetch somewhat, and is crate trained. He has all his shots for the next year and appears to be in good health. He is unfixed at this point. I will post pics when I can. He is tri-colored Lacy from what pics I have seen of Lacys. He is almost 40 pounds so he is almost full grown. He is very friendly and full of energy.
I am willing to travel to give him a new home. Please contact me if you are interested via here and we can exchange phone numbers. Also if you know of anyone who runs a Lacy Rescue that would be willing to take him. Thanks, Laura
